For all you price gouge'n fans, i just found out earlier that Jay's new band the Energy Commission is playing at the Memorial Opera House in Valparaiso, IN on Sept. 12th. Planetary is also going to be there as well with this guy Donald Kinsey.

Dear QYK,
I absolutely love the music you play. You have such an outstanding selection. It's very rare to hear so many independent artists these days, having something to say without the radio trying to shut them down--ie; the song Price Gouge'n by Double Dragon, is portraying in a fun upbeat way, how we feel about the gas prices--quick and to the point while flipping the bird at those in charge. Does anyone know if they're touring with anyone??

Actually, Jay wrote the whole song--Price Gouge'n (guitar and all), and Planetary then added their musical genius to the pot, in the studio, along with some other musicians as well. They then decided to make themselves one big group on the side called the Energy Commission. You can go to gasolinesong.com to find out ALL of the details.

I belive that's a new collaboration of Planetary Blues and their friend Jay from Double Dragon...Jay wrote the lyrics and Planetary played the music...
